The room was spotlessly clean and very well insulated against traffic noise
The building is old and the room small which impressed us even more that it was presented so well
Beds were comfortable and we slept well.
Staff were very accommodating. We had a dog friendly room which is a godsend when travelling
Would stay again

Location right on Central Coast Highway so at times noisy. Parking is very tight. Room itself clean and bed comfy. Bathroom tired looking. In room breakfast order muddled and lukewarm. On site restaurant seems permanently closed. Dinner within level walking distance in two small shopping centres; 1 at back of highway service station (pizza) and 1 in Kariong residential area in Mitchell Drive (Chinese or pub Thai) Motel ok for a 1 night stay.

I was very disappointed with this stay. After navigating the very step driveway we were greeted at reception by 2 huge trolleys of dirty linen which were a permanent fixtures the during our stay. Our room was a 'quadruple room' with a double and 2 singles. It was very cramped with basically nowhere to even put luggage. I had requested a room with bunks which was confirmed but not what we were given. The motel is also straight off a very busy main road with alot of road noise through the night. The bathroom was aged and rusting and the door could hardly close giving n no privacy for our family of 4 when in use.

Room Tip: Very steep driveway may be difficult in low car. Take earplugs.

I arrived Saturday for a one night stay to attend a wedding.
Checkin was seamless and I was able to use my NSW voucher which made the room only $55 for a Saturday Night! What?!? Such a bargain.

The lady that checked me in (Elenore?) was very friendly and easy to talk to.

My room was number 19, which is the second floor. The room was perfect, far better than other places I’ve stayed around the world. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was spotless and the kitchenette was great and not expected for the price (kettle, toaster, bar fridge (with water jug, little mills), microwave and tea / coffee. 2 plates, 2 bowls, cutlery, glasses and tea towel.

I had some issues with road noise, but I’m a super light sleeper, I ended up sleeping with the AC on for abit of white noise.

The bathroom has been half renovated - new shower and vanity. But old original floor tiles and shower taps. They still worked fine. But the shower door was abit on the narrow side, so if you are a little on the podgy side you may need to “suck it in” to get in the shower.

The floor of the room was all tiles, which creates abit of noise when moving furniture but I never heard another guest and it was fully booked.

The only thing I can think of that MIGHT be a major issue is if you have a large car, the parking spaces are narrow and short. I thankfully have a small car, but I’m also short so can’t see the end of the bonnet so it was abit tricky when I left.

I hope I have some other events to attend on the central coast so I can stay again. It is the perfect location, a quick shoot over the back of Kariong Hill to get to Woy Woy. Down the hill to Gosford and Terrigal or back along the highway to the northern parts of the central coast.

Thanks again :)

4 of us stayed here in transit from Jindabyne to Brisbane.
Rooms are basic but good value.
Position is great for travelling, as it is close to the highway.
Takeaway options within walking distance.
Check-in was easy and friendly.
Would stay here again.

Arrived at the Bella Vista last night after a breakdown on the Hume highway 4 hours before...
Rang the mobile number on the door and was greeted by an extremely helpful and friendly young lady...
Booked me straight in.
Good service and meal by the pizza/pasta takeaway across the road and the lovely young man at Liquorland..
A nice finish to a terrible day...

I'm giving 5 stars because it is a great budget motel. It is advertised as a 3 star budget motel and that's exactly what you get. Our room was small, but perfect. The staff are wonderful. The pool is fantastic and some rooms are pet friendly. I booked in with my tiny toy poodle, my two girls and husband and it was perfect.
The room was exceptionally clean.
The staff are fantastic.
I phoned for my booking (because I have a pet)
Thank you for a great place to stay for a 2 night stop over.
We will be back.
Thank you

We stayed for a couple of nights. The room were a good size. Very clean. It had kitchen amenities. Which was good we could make something to eat. They came in made our bed and left fresh towels. There was a table and chairs so we could sit outside. And an ashtray for smokers. The driveway entrance was a bit steep feel like your on a roller coaster. The staff were friendly

Car Parking terrible and they have tried to update the place but the shower door was still the same sliding with a big crack in it. Beds comfortable. Right on the main drag but the noise wasn't too bad. We had a front room and the view was from the window above the toilet!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Bella Vista and found our room to be comfortable, clean and offering everything we needed for a stayover for the night. Our room was at the back with a beautififul view looking over Brisbane Waters and out to the ocean. The motel isn't 5 star and doesn't claim to be...the staff were very friendly and I would stay there again. Be sure to ask for a room upstairs at the back and you won't be disappointed.
