We had a lovely week at Beachcomber Holiday Park. There was plenty of wildlife around us and it was a peaceful stay during this time as no school holidays. The weekend was busy but it was a relaxing atmosphere. Beachfront sites are popular but the 2nd row was great as there was some protection from the wind which wasnt a problem this trip. Staff were nice and amenities good. The highlights were bush walks to the lake and being able to have a campfire.
Hubby and I just spent 5 nights in a hillside cabin (Arcacia) and loved every minute of it. Really comfortable with a huge deck looking out along the beach and over a lovely grassy area covered in kangaroo and wallabies. Swam every day and did day trips to Narooma, Moruya, tilba tilba, bermagui and Tuross heads. Local town of bodalla just five minute drive. Great way to unwind
Beachcombers at Potato Point was so beautiful. Friendly welcome when we arrived. Only thing that spoilt it was the rain set in on our last couple of days causing us to come home earlier which is no fault of the park. Highly recommend it and would come back again
This place is fantastic. The amenities are always clean. The location is beautiful with wildlife wandering around. There is the ocean 50m away and the lake around the corner. It truly is a wonderful place for a family holiday.
Loved our stay here - we were in Pelicans Perch and had friends stay in the cabins either side of us. 3 bedrooms, main room has a double and the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds in each, lots of storage and a large bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed including a full size fridge and oven and a 6 seater table. Outdoor area had a bbq and an outdoor dining table. Sitting on the veranda in the evening with the chimanea lit was was lovely. Wildlife was amazing, we had lots of possum visits once the sun went down. Walk straight onto the beach for great fishing and swimming. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this to friends and family although not to loudly as we may not be able to book :-)
