Nothing has changed in relation to the fantastic location. We paid, a bit over the top, for a breathtaking view from the terrace over to Mont Ventoux. Although in fairness to the hotel this was partly because of the wretched Brexit vote and the plummeting pound. Fabulous food in the restaurant with the same breathtaking view. A real treat and... Placed in the middle of vineyards, this is a place to ensure you relax for a couple of days-close to short trip attractions such as Avignon or Mont Vertoux and other. It offers very lovely views from the rooms as well as from the garder/swimingpool. Very quiet, clean. Bathroom is very large and provides everything younneed, which was very nice.... More

For our last night in the south of France I booked this hotel near Gigondas that looked pretty good on the internet. After check in and getting to our room we were presented with a spectacular view of the Montmirail Mountains and the vast plain where about 5 gazillion grape vines are planted. The room was roomy enough with a... More

Returned after many past fabulous stays to find an unwelcoming, extremely rude and arrogant "host" who was obviously annoyed to be interrupted by guests arriving. We were astounded by his inexcusable hostile attitude and behaviour. Never again.

Stayed here for a few days without a reservation. The place is announced on the usual internet systems. Without an online reservation and although they have lower rates on their website, they charged the online rates. The breakfast is excluded, so the charges left a bad taste. Other reviews say a little bit french would help to have a better... More

Amazing location. In the middle of expansive vinyards. Very tranquil settings, apt for a relaxing holiday. The view from our room was fantastic. The hosts are friendly and helpful (though speak little English). Enough parking on the grounds. And its necessary as staying in this place is probably only possible if you have your own wheels. Rooms have both AC... More

The change of ownership has now settled in. This is an excellent place to stay among the Rasteau vineyards. The restaurant, now open again during the summer, offers some really good food and excellent local wine. Friendly reception and service, though a little French helps. The garden is well-kept and offers a tranquil place to sunbathe amongst sunny or shaded... More

We visit this pretty Hotel each time we come wine buying but sadly it has been taken over and the chef has left I am told due to ill health. So no lunch and a very scrappy supper .They hadn't even bothered to put a flower or a candle on the table to try and give some atmosphere There was... More

Like previous contributors we were disappointed to learn that an evening meal was no longer available in the restaurant. However, we returned for a brief stay this September and we believe that the new owners have improved the grounds immeasurably and generally we had the feeling that much had been done to address the need to update the tired feel...
