Having recently stayed in the crown after a emergency I can say that the service food and friendly staff made our short stay so enjoyable. The slight downside was the bedroom it was clean tidy and very warm even though the weather outside was freezing. The bedroom was in need of some TLC with regard to the furnishings and paintwork...

We are a small group consisting of mum and two daughters from Surrey we were looking for a comfortable room for the night whilst visiting friends who live in keynsham. We booked one night at this dreadful place through booking.com. Upon arrival the manager Dean had no recollection of our booking which was slightly worrying. Eventually after 10 minutes or...

Naomi, I am sorry you misunderstood our conversation about the room. The standard family room (priced at £90 per night, based on 4 people) wasn't up to your expectations. The NEWLY decorated room has two fire alarms, one for smoke and one for heat. If anyone had of smoked in the room the alarm would of gone off and we...

A good sized en-suite room, very cold and above the microphone in the main bar - not great on karaoke night, but would have been loud on any event night. Not a comfortable night at all, too cold to use the bathroom at any time. Location good for access to Bath or Bristol Wifi worked Great!

I posted this review on Booking.com as well, but felt like I needed to share it here as well: We were nicely welcomed by the friendly host. Although the Inn is next to a busy road, when you close the windows you can hardly notice that. Location is okay but not great, enough parking spaces. Apart from that, no particular...

This pub/hotel is very welcoming and the owners are really friendly and would do anything for you! The food is brilliant and the prices are really fair, the area where the pub is situated is really quiet on a night so you can get a good nights sleep especially with the comfy beds that we had in our room

I had chilli which was more like a mince casserole and hubby stayed safe with scampi- you get my drift on the choice now! Bar had...
