Ample parking, comfortable rooms, friendly, charming staff and an excellent cooked breakfast every morning, What more do you really need? I travel a lot and whilst there is a huge choice around this area I always come back to this place, what more can I say?

This no frills hotel had all the usual modern conveniences. My single room was a good size, well designed, clean and comfortable. The considerable excess on the duvet was tucked under the mattress next to the wall, it was worth untucking as it made it slope down making it uncomfortable. After that had a good nights sleep. I could not get...

A single room over-looking the main road but quiet through the night and slept well. It was all very clean, the breakfast was delicious (they even provided me wit Gluten-Free toast) but most all, I appreciated the friendly, chatty staff that I met.

I stayed at the Grange Hotel for one night as I was visiting friends in Marksbury. The hotel kindly organised a taxi for me which was appreciated. Their email can be a problem, so I would advise visitors to phone rather than email if you want to make further arrangements to be on the safe side. Staff were very helpful...

A pleasant Hotel with very friendly staff, a bit too quiet with the only time the bar was open I think is when the Indian restaurant which is part of the hotel was open, normally after 5pm,so went down to the local pubs. Breakfast was excellent but no other food served for the rest of the day unless you like...

i was disappointed with the size of the car park which could only really accommodate 8 cars and that is at a squeeze. the room was nice and cosy with a very large clean shower room. in fact the shower glass was so clean i did not notice it when bending down to pick up the anti-slip mat which was...

My friend and I booked this very last minute and were very happy with the room. We stayed in a twin room which was a decent size with a large disabled bathroom. Great Indian restaurant also at the Grange Hotel. The only issue we had was we didn't realize that the reception closes after 5 and arriving after that, the...

Stayed for one night in a single room whilst in the area on business. The young lady at reception was very pleasant and friendly. The room was tiny but clean and the single bed was very comfortable, resulting in a great nights sleep. Although if I wasn't getting up at 6.00am I would have been awakened by the other residents...

Spent a couple of nights in the annex which was spacious for the two of us. We both slept well. Breakfast was good. The staff friendly. We arrived late in the evening and the keys were left for us at reception and as a result we had no hassle checking in. Breakfast time was early enough so we could get...

Having cocked up a booking & shown up in Bath a week before we were expected, it was necessary to find somewhere else to sleep last minute. With the Jane Austen Festival having started that day, there was absolutely no availability in the city & I was beginning to despair. However, using Booking.com we eventually found The Grange had availability...
