Nice place in a so-so location on the outskirts of Mashad. Very reasonably priced rooms and the place is clean if a little outdated. Rooms are very old-style and rather dark but this is more than made up for by the lovely kind reception staff and porters - always smiling and always polite. Hotel has taxis outside with nice English-speaking...

I have been there for two nights. It is a great hotel (really 4-star hotel). I have been nicely surprised with the quality (although it was an off-peak time for the hotel). The garden certainly was beautiful, especially during the night. They have offered an open buffet which was good and the price was really reasonable for Mashhad.

I stayed at this hotel for many nights. The staff was nice. Althogh it has a great yard with traditionals food but the rooms are not big enough. The air condition system was not working while is needed. Finally it is not bad for a bussines stay.

Aban hotel has great staff and is clean and comfortable. I would improve the breakfast buffet mainly the presentation and not necessarily the food quality. In addition they need to have non smoking rooms and to keep them non smoking. I liked the coffee shop and the restaurant. In addition the outside hits are cool.
