This Hotel has a perfect price / quality ratio. Rooms are clean and perfect for a few nights on holiday. Close to airport and Porto city center (15 min drive) There are vending machines for coffee , snacks and soft drinks /water. Also they have a vending machine for toiletries and personal care items! Breakfast is worth every euro! From bacon and scrambled eggs to all kind of marmalade and cereal. Free parking underground and in front of hotel!
We used the hotel for our base to see Porto and the surrounding countryside. The service was good but the rooms were Spartan and missing some amenities (chairs etc.) The view across the street were unfinished and abandoned structures - possibly hotels that were never finished. Very nice pleasant staff. Good size clean room with TV and WiFi. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Didn't like the tv high up on the wall, gives you a crick in the neck. Breakfast very good with a great selection of food ... cereal, rolls, egg, bacon, also ham and cheese, yoghurt, fruit, juices and coffee. Will definitely stay here again if in Porto as convenient for airport as well.
The room was spacious, clean enough. The breakfast was good. The receptionist man was very knowledgeable about history ,even could answer our greeting in our language. The bus stop to Porto was quite near the hotel. It takes half an hour to go to the city center of Porto. It is not considered a hotel of Porto and the location is out of this city. But we had not enough options since the date was high season.
Service desk very helpfull. The hotel itself was clean, cheap and pleasant, with a typical business hotel layout. WiFI above average. Good car Park, Easy to find with easy access to Porto and northern Portugal.Took breakfast at 'Cristas' pastry (walking distance).
