The staff here are extremely professional, friendly and genuinely want you to have the best experience you can, Şeyma went beyond what we expected to assist and book various trips additional to the hotel for us. She was a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were a great experience as they were carved entirely into the rock face, very unique. The hotel is laid out on different levels, each providing an amazing review of the valley below for the daily hot air balloon displays. We got a very good deal as it was towards the end of the holiday season, so prices can go up apparently but we would still pay 2 and 3 times what we paid as it was that good a hotel. Liked: views, service, cave experience, price Disliked: nothing

I cannot fault anything in this hotel, the staff were amazing and it was a great experience for us as this was the first time visiting Turkey. Girls are the reception we’re amazing,They made everything so easy and helped us with all our activities and excursions. The cave room looks amazing specially if you book with the jacuzzi. Breakfast daily on the roof top or at your personal terrace, views that will leave you in awe of your surroundings. Not to forget all amenities just a stone throw away. You will deffo be seeing us again here next year. The guys were very attentive too with whatever needed. Ps make sure you get seyma to book you a hot air balloon ride for sunrise to make it an unforgettable experience. Teşekkür for your hospitality and service. Very happy couple Mohammed & Rizwana :)

Our stay here was short but absolutely perfect, The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attended to all our requests promptly. Şeyma was wonderful, she booked all our outings, gave us great advice and ensured we were safe and enjoying ourselves. She offered a level of care and service that I have not seen in many places. Our room was clean and beautiful and exactly as we expected. The breakfast services was in a picnic setting which was so beautiful and so enjoyable. I can go on and on. The location is also perfect for Balloon viewing and pictures.

The hotel is really beautiful and a great location - if you are lucky enough to have good weather for the balloons to fly (which you should if you visit in Spring/Summer), the balloons take off from the land right opposite the hotel, and as the hotel is the highest one in this area, you get a great, high up view of all the balloons. We watched them fly twice, and the first day they flew right over us, close enough to even touch if we wanted to! This really was such an amazing experience, and we definitely recommend waking up at 5:00/5:30AM to watch these at least once during your stay, even if you're not an early morning person! It was one of the greatest experiences of our trip. The hotel itself has a number of lovely rooms - we stayed in Suite 106 which had plenty of space and was built into the cave, beautiful decoration, as well as a balcony and large window to let some light in too. The bathroom was large, with a double shower and a jacuzzi, and as well as the bed there were two sitting areas and a table and chairs too. As we were also working from online on our trip, this was great for us. We did have a slight issue with the internet - your phone does not get signal inside the cave rooms and sometimes the Wi-Fi would disconnect us and we would be without service. As we were working whilst away, this was difficult for us sometimes but we did manage to get back on within a couple of minutes. The hotel also only allows one device to log in to the internet, so once we have connected on our phones, we could not connect on our laptops. The reception did set up another log in for us to use on our laptops. The breakfast was really good, and a unique experience. The staff will deliver almost like a picnic basket to your room, with a range of cold foods to eat (like a Turkish breakfast) as well as a choice of hot foods that you can order. We really enjoyed this as we liked being able to eat in our own room, at our own pace, and we kept some of the cold items in our room to eat later in the day too. We have not had a breakfast experience like this whilst on our road trip around Turkey so it was really nice to have a different experience. The staff were really friendly - although we arrived late on our first night, the reception manager came to meet us at our car and helped us to carry our luggage down. He gave us lots of information and spoke both Turkish and English. The lady receptionist also helped us book trips and excursions, and spoke with my husband for around 30 minutes one day, helping him to plan where we could go and which routes would be quickest. Really lovely people, who made the experience even more enjoyable for us. We stayed in Suite 106 which the road to the car park passes by - we did have a slight noise problem in this room, as sometimes people who leave the hotel at night and we could hear the noise of the car doors closing and cars starting. If you are a light sleeper, I would probably recommend another higher room that is not right by the road. All in all the hotel and stay was great and we would definitely recommend you to stay here. We took a walk to the small town that is close by and did some shopping there which was much cheaper than the shops around the tourist attractions - so I would recommend not shopping in the tourist places if you aren't looking to spend so much. The room prices may seem a little expensive, but for the experience, lovely rooms, and the location, I think it was absolutely good value for money!
