Booked last minute and it was perfectly reasonable and acceptable, we were staying with our dog and the hotel was dog friendly with a £10 room cleaning surcharge which is pretty standard now. We only took him in the room so are unsure how the hotel would have been about sitting in the bar with him. The room was nice...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you and your dog were made to feel welcome. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in our bar area. Of course at this time of year we do have the heating on almost constantly and windows above the ground floor are legally required to be restricted in opening range. Heating...

We stayed here as part of the Cadbury World offer. Our family room was lovely and spacious. Very clean & comfortable. The staff were polite & helpful. We ate at the harvester down the road & had a lovely evening meal. The buffet breakfast was great, fresh food & lots of choice. Unfortunately the swimming pool & leisure facilities were...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with he exception of your visit to the Leisure facilities in particular the pool. During peak periods our pool water will lose some of it's clarity, however this is quickly recovered. I'm glad you enjoyed the Continental and Full English Buffet. Next time why not dine with...

Comfortable, clean room, excellent service at reception. Hospitable, complimentary reading materials available, quiet on the evening so a good nights sleep . Ideally located off the main dual carriageway, free car parking and room service available too.

Dear Guest, Than you for taking the time to post a review. Your review sums up the hotel very well. Don't forget free WIFI and Leisure Club access too!. The hotel is very quiet in the evening, but provides great access to both Birmingham and Solihull at great prices. This is a big draw to our many loyal business guests....

Food was really good in the restaurant for an evening meal and really good value. Room was big, Staff were really helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast, good selection and really nicely presented and cooked. We used the pool too which was ok. The changing room was wet and needed cleaning which was the only downside we encountered. But we...

Bathroom & Room very dated and need of a reburb. It was an old hotel trying to look posh, but the attention to detail is not good, mattresses covers don't fit, doors paint chipping off, fan in bathroom didn't work, strange noise all night long from a fan or something, exposed cabelling in bedroom hidden under a chair, tiny TV,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you were disappointed by the attention to detail. The electrical cable feeding the TV has now been reduced in length and tidied up. All other maintenance issues have been discussed with the Maintenance Team and the issues along the timber beading of the single glazed windows have been addressed by...

Popped to the Regency Hotel today with my daughter in law and two grandchildren to take them swimming in the pool and lunch afterwards in the hotel. My son who has recently, through illness, been confined to a wheelchair, also came with us. I must say, the staff couldn't do enough for us, in particular two young men in the...

I stayed here on business when driving from London to Glasgow. The hotel had lots of parking and was easy to find. The evening staff were pleasant too. However, the rooms were very tired, wallpaper peeling off the walls, the bathroom needed regroutted etc. Oh! And the lift was broken too. I ordered room service but it took almost two...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed some aspects of your stay. Our rooms are older but we strive to maintain them to a very good standard and it is disappointing to read about peeling wallpaper and missing grout. This is unacceptable and will be addressed. The lift did take over a week to get...

Dear Guest, I'm sorry that you did not enjoy all aspects of your stay with us.
