Arrived to a lovely hotel. Staff was very welcoming. Met high expectations. Arrived around 4 and went to our room. 325 was our room number even though we was at the back of the train track didn't bother us. Be stopping again for sure!

We used this hotel as a stopover to travelling to France (as we have done previously), being situated off the M2 and only 40 minutes from Folkestone. The location is ideal and the rooms are well maintained and insulated. As with our previous experiences here, all the staff are very helpful and the accompanying restaurant is of a good standard...

Given that this hotel is on a leisure park and has a railway line running along the back of the hotel, you might think that some noise would be expected. Rest assured, the noise insulation is excellent. Rooms are clean, comfortable and good value for money. One of many Premier Inns in the Medway as they are handy for the...

It is really impossible to fault Premier Inn. The location of this one is on a rather lively leisure park but the insulation is such that you are hardly aware of it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff friendly, food good (if a little pricey). Can't really complain about anything. Would happily stay here again and, given the fact that...

This hotel has prebooking online and you collect your key from a machine in the foyer so I expected a low level of customer service but far from it. The staff were extremely helpful with information about the surrounding area and the service at breakfast, (despite being self-service) was excellent, several older guests being assisted in my opinion "above and...
