We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve 2015 and we had an amazing time. We stayed over so that both my partner and I could enjoy a drink without having to drive or get a taxi and we was also going to the gala bingo. On arrival straight away the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel...

Had a lovely relaxing stay after a busy family Christmas. Well worth the money - most impressed with the cleanliness and facilities in the room which made the whole experience worthwhile. Looking forward to another chance to get away and receiving the offers just makes it possible. Well done

Usual benefits of a Premier Inn including good provision for disabled guests and clean, comfortable rooms. Additionally, higher rooms provide views of the river and marina which are especially attractive at night. It is close to the railway and the motorway which may be an issue for light sleepers. There are many eateries, a cinema and tenpin bowling within walking...

Family room was just right for us. Nice and quiet despite being so close to the M2. Breakfast was fine, with fresh produce cooked to order as well as the mainstays available as a buffet. Would definitely stay again.

I used the self service check in, and it was so quick and easy. Only thing was that I didn't speak to or see a member of staff while I was there, which made me think what if I had a problem? I didn't use the restaurant as the choice wasn't great but there are a few restaurants across the...

Thank you for taking the time to review Rochester Premier Inn. I am glad you found our check in quick and easy however I do apologise that no-one was in reception to greet you. We are manned 24hours, should there be any issues or problems, therfore it is possible the receptionist was called away to assist another guest. I do...
