We spent a week at Pat's in February 2017. This is a place that I cannot recommend. The condo that we rented 316 has been renovated and is quite nice inside. But the complex is very rundown. One of the first things you notice upon arrival is sewage smell. Apparently they do not have a sewer system in this area...

We stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom condo at Pat's. The condo was great, but the rest of the building is in disrepair. Starting with the sewer stench of the parking lot, continuing through the dreary halls and peeling paint, and culminating with the rust covering anything made of metal. The southern structure of Pat's looks like it took...

This was the most disappointing rental we have ever stayed in. We held several conversations with the actual owner prior to making this reservation. He personally completely sold us on this condo. First of all he failed to mention that there would be constant construction all around the unit therefore we had to leave early in the morning, every morning...

We stayed here for a 2 week holiday in Unit 216. The building is well located with all amenities within a 15 minute drive. The condo was well appointed except for - the travellers scourge - a decent set of kitchen knives. The beach off the building is nice - though largely absent at high tide. There are lounge chairs...

Our stay was far too short - we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breezes, gorgeous ocean view and picturesque beachfront. Our upstairs unit was spacious (ideal for couples), well equipped with modern kitchen and comfortable furniture. It was spotless when we arrived and we appreciated the abundant crisp clean linen including towels etc. The Unit owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating...

This was the most disappointing rental I have ever stayed in. Yes, it's dated, which is fine by me, but the place was just gross. The filth of many people has been left behind for a long time. I had to wash every dish before using, wiped down the refrigerator, and cleaned the bathroom before using it too. The fans...

Wonderful visit. #310 is convenient and comfortable. If you're looking for fancy resort, this isn't for you. Quiet and relaxing, no crowds. The outside of the building is rough, but the inside is nice. Hendrix was great to work with. Lots of amenities just 20 miles north. Close to lots of fun beaches and falls.

We had the time of our lives. Our friend stayed with us, we gave her the master bedroom, & we took the pull out bed in the living room, as we love to get up early and hit the incredible sunrise, sipping on our most delicious kona coffee with macadamia nut cream! It just doesnt get any better. The condo...

We returned less than a week ago from a wonderful stay in penthouse 8, The Ali'i, courtesy of Heidi at heidihawaii.com. My wife and two teenage grandchildren had an awesome week. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story condo was exactly what we needed. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, ocean breezes, two lanai's plenty of sun, and the most amazing...

First off, the pictures of this condo are accurate. But they do not tell the whole story. Our vacation here was horrible. So we left within a couple of hours and went to another hotel. Here is our experience: The drive to the condo first takes you through a very depressed area of fallen down homes and abandoned cars, etc....
