We stayed at Glangrwyney Court recently while on a weekend away in Wales. The house itself is spectacular, the gardens are great and the best thing is the drive in. Rooms were very comfortable with all amenities available. The decor was a bit dated but really beautiful and grand! Breakfast was great as well. We stayed in Room number 4...

Stayed with friends for New Years. The House was welcoming with interesting features - pictures and ornaments of the family who own it. The rooms were comfortable and the location superb for some amazing walks in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The staff were all really friendly and breakfast was hearty and uncomplicated. The House and the staff were all charming...

A Georgian house set in beautiful, tranquil grounds. Lovely olde décor. Large rooms downstairs with an open fire and an honesty bar (and a grand piano!) We were welcomed by the owner, in the impressive entry hall ; we were given a large, clean bedroom and mirrored bathroom. WOW! I loved it. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed breakfasts for...

We had the large Master room overlooking the lovely front garden the room is a decent size and the bed comfortable with a lovely outlook. Check if the power...

We spent three nights in the area and were very happy staying in this family home. We loved the grandeur of the building and the views over the quiet countryside; the bedroom and ensuite were beautifully clean and comfortable and we had plenty of hot water morning and evening. Breakfast was fine; husband was slightly intimidated by the abundance of...

Good: Decided to go to the area as there was a spell of lovely weather. Arrival was grand, this palatial home looks the part. Lawns all well maintained, grand entrance to the house with pretty gardens behind. The rooms were incredible, especially the 'West room'. Nice and spacious, airy with great views. There was also a tennis court which was...

Peaceful location. Bedrooms clean with lots of furniture/ornaments/pictures. Good quality linen. Good public rooms with loads of furnishings in keeping with a Grade 2 listed building. Very good cooked breakfast but small details need some attention such as marmalade was sparse and apple juice was served in a bottle. Additionally the electric sockets in the bedroom tripped out (no storm)...
