Thank you Ray for having us as your guests. The host was very welcoming and we felt at home as soon as we landed in Penang. Clean, easily accessible, all the necessary amenities, lovely location and lovely host. we must have irritated our guest a lot by asking him so many questions (about the homestay, about travel in Penang, about... We went there yesterday and stayed for a night. The family room is huge with 3 queen size beds..just nice for the six of us! The homestay is closed to the beach, hyper market and other tourist attractions.

Good: - Ray, the owner, was really nice and helpful - the house is nice, loads of space and quiet, although close to a big street. Not that good: - overall, the place is quite dirty and filthy. The rooms are mere ok, but especially the kitchen is a place not really to feel comfortable - the beach described is... More

We arrived late at the homestay after 9pm but the owner is very accomodating and helpful. I would say this is the perfect solution for us who is looking for a very safe peaceful place and a home atmosphere. We were given a double room and to be fair we get what we pay for.
