Just spent 7 nights in an apartment. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were tidy and staff very friendly and welcoming. Great access to the Swan Valley region. Thankyou for your service we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a cabin for two nights. I must say we were disappointed. The cabin wasn't very nice, everything inside was very old and worn. The lamp, bedside table, kitchen table and chairs looked like they had been around since the 80's. The kitchenette was old and worn and the cupboards had no handles. There was nowhere to hang...

Stayed a couple of nights simply to access the Swan Valley on a return journey to Perth. Towing a caravan - simply does the job and nothing more. Very close to Wineries and attractions. Treated by local nature in the form of Kangaroos.

Booked Cabin over the internet without actually seeing it (biggest mistake of our life, very expensive lesson learnt), we arrived at 11am from Sydney with our 5 year old and was told the Cabin was not ready until 2pm and we were not given anywhere to wait. The Cabin was grossly misrepresented, much smaller then we were told, it was...

21/09/16; We are new managers to the Park and have just recently taken over, this booking was before our time, all we can say is that customer service is very important to us, as is the standard of our cabins and facilities. We would like to thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us.

Stayed one night in Motorhome ahead of journey north. Wouldn't want to stay any longer as nothing endearing about the site. Functional. Shower block clean but dated. Only one key to enter which could cause problems when all 3 of our party had wanted to use the facilities at the same time (unless we synchronised our watches!!!!) Pitch was concrete...

Camped there over the Anzac Day Long weekend. Was told that the camp site was fully booked. We were repeatedly told to move our vehicle of the adjoining site although there were no other campers using these sites. Every night we were asked to park our vehicle outside the campground in a carpark adjoining a very busy service station although...

Beautiful spacious recreation room but unfortunately locked at 8pm. Small kitchen in corner of Rec room - oven and gas top not working. Kitchen bin not emptied regularly so beginning to overflow. Staff friendly and appeared to be working hard.

Hi Wayne, Thank you for taking the time out on your travels to write this positive review. It was lovely to meet you and help you explore the Swan Valley. Closing the pool at dusk is a Shire requirement that we have to adhere to, but I know you enjoyed your time in there. Safe journeys and I hope to...

Our third visit here in 8 weeks and we have been very impressed each time at the welcome and professionalism of all staff. An older park but the managers, Pete and Janet, have done a great job here with little resources. We loved the park Christmas party, Aussie day celebrations and sausage sizzle organised by the managers and an overall...

We camped in a Jayco Hawk on the powered grass section. Nice, lush location with shade aplenty. The only comment relates to the closeness of the campsite to the main road. All in all a great family or couples spot to stay within walking distance of Ironbark Brewery and within a few minutes of a multitude of winery's and brewery's.
