Most of our accomodations during our Irish trip were boutique hotels, but we mixed in a few B&B's, of which Riverdale Farmhouse was the first. It seemed the right choice in the Doolin area. I don't recall how we settled on Mary's place, but it was the best choice. Riverdale is just outside of the town (such as it is)...

A very nice place to spend a night ... Mary is a very helpful and friendly hostess. It's close to downtown Doolin :) and not far from the Cliffs of Moher. Rooms are clean and comfortable...you won't be disappointed. Great breakfast!!

A nice cosy and very neat BB located with 5 mins drive from doolin. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good night's rest after travelling all the way from donegal to visit the cliffs of moher. Breakfast was served nicely prepared with personal choices. Glad my son goggled and found this place for us.

As soon as you park your car, you will probably meet Snuffy. Snuffy is their horse, and she will look at you as if to say, What did you bring me?? As nice as Snuffy is, Mary is without a doubt the sweetest lady in Ireland!! Super comfortable room, great breakfast. You will love your stay here. And bring a...

You won't meet a sweeter lady than Mary! She offered us tea and coffee on our arrival, and her tea was the best I've ever had. I drank tea the next 2 days for breakfast (and I always drink coffee)! The breakfasts were great (try the pancakes), and the shower was the best we had of the 6 places we...

We spent only one night on our way north and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We found Mary to be so nice and helpful! The room was lovely! The breakfast was delicious with the greatest scones I have ever tasted. We had a great night's sleep, it was very peaceful at Mary's.

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful two night stay with Mary and she is marvelous! She greeted us at the door, provided very helpful information about Doolin, and a superbly comfortable room with an excellent shower. By far, her table setting and breakfast were the best we had while staying in Ireland! Many thanks to Mary. We hope...

Mary greeted us at the door, immediately offered us hot coffee and tea and led us to our room. She made a wonderful breakfast and was great for conversation - she told my husband and I a lot about the area, the history, the economy and more. A wonderful experience with a local.

We spent two nights at Mary's. Her breakfasts were amazing and warm hospitality was also. She recommended good places to eat and had lots of suggestions about things to do in the area. She also recommended a town to stop in on our way down to the Cork airport -- a must see little village called Adare about an hour...

Mary Fitzgerald greeted us with delicious coffee (the best we had on our entire trip) and homemade baked goods. She was warm, friendly, and full of information about the area. Breakfast was delicious, with many options. Her B&B is very close to the village, so we didn't have far to drive after enjoying our night of live Irish music at...
