The Priory is a wonderful venue. The room we had for 22 family and friends was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, and a great base for the area. The room was clean, warm, fresh and well maintained, with a good sized bathroom (shower only). The bedrooms are in a separate part of the hotel, through an external front door to that part of the property - but that added to the quaintness and the pleasure. A short...

Lovely small hotel in a little village called Scorton which lays in between the A6 and M6 around Junctions 32 and 33. Food was very good, lamb chops cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff without being too overbearing which is a good sign of them knowing how to treat and react to customers. The bedroom I had was small be...

The Priory is a lovely hotel in the pretty village of Scorton not far from Junction 33 on the M6. Food was great, room very comfortable and friendly staff. Plenty of country walks for our dog on the edge of the Forest of Bowland.

I stayed at the priory during a weekend retreat (there was 10 of us in total). Since my first contact with the priory, about the retreat and our requirements, I was extremely impressed. They managed to accommodate every request for 10 people all arriving at different times, including menu preferences for all of us. The hotel and the village exceeded...
