Booked this guest house for one night to attend a conference at the NEC. Looked good on the website and was competitively priced. Booking on their own website was easy and confirmation from the owner was quick. Checked in on the evening with plenty of parking. Was met by the owner who was friendly and inviting. The room was warm...

We chose this B&B as close to the Lakes Golf & Country Club (15 mins walk) where we were attending a wedding. Great choice it was too. Enabled us to take a break from the wedding and return refreshed for the evening event. Excellent rooms with all the facilities you could need. Very friendly owner who cooks you a fabulous...

We chose this B and B to break up a long journey and it was an excellent choice. We would travel out of our way to stay here again. The welcome was friendly, the bedroom warm but not too hot, bed comfy and many little extras. Victoria has put a lot of thought into making this as good as it...

Stayed over night as we made our way up from London. It was easily accessible and the "check-in" process was brilliant. The establishment was very clean and well kept; bathroom and bed linens were fresh and didn't have that used out smell. We had the large family room which holds around 6, it was well equipped and the room was...

We stayed here for one night after a family trip to Alton Towers. We arrived late in the evening and was met by Mark who kindly showed us our room and the amenities of the guest. I must say we were really impressed from the moment we walked in, extremely clean, very well decorated and so comfortable and relaxing. We...

This is the best guest house I have stayed in when on business! The facilities are excellent, breakfast is well cooked and plentiful and served at a time of your choosing. We stayed for four nights and I slept well on each night, not usual for me in strange beds, but the bed was so comfortable I had no problem....

I loved the privacy and peaceful surroundings, every detail was perfect. Very clean rooms and all the little touches that made my stay so marvellous were considered. It was a bargain too, the bed was comfortable, the room an ideal temperature and the breakfast was beautifully cooked. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. This was by far...

Where do I begin? Not only is Victoria the perfect host she was incredibly nice and friendly. Absolutely every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The rooms were a great size, immaculately clean, finished to an amazing high standard. The bed was luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was the sort you would happily pay £12 for in an upmarket...

I stayed for two nights this week as we're exhibiting at the NEC. This place is amazing, location is perfect for NEC and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The greeting was excellent and they couldn't have done for me during my stay. The room was excellent, fantastic shower and lovely breakfast every room. I would stay here...
