The best thing about this hotel is its owners. Very nice attitude and cordial. That was so nice after a long 4x4 journey. Amidst the cold mountains there came this nice hotel with clean rooms and nice showers. Of course one cannot expect a 5 star hotel in such remote place, but what I got was more than adequate.

I booked this hotel via email in March arrived to a warm welcome. Basic, but very clean rooms. The evening meal was the best we've had in Morocco. If you find yourself here it's well worth a stay. Imilchil it's self is a very friendly place. We were offered a tea within minutes.

No luxury in Imilchil, so " Chez Bassou " is a good option . Mister Bassou is very helpful, rooms are clean, shower is working, food is good. Look out for the season you will come, because there is no air-co and as good as no heating apart from an old stove.

Chez bassou is fine, a basic hostal type place with off road parking... The heating (we were there in winter) was a laughable stove in the middle of the...

I rated the hotel Very Good 'cause for being in Imilchil , a small village in the middle of the Atlas mountains , it was ok. The breakfast was really good, the room was ok, 2 small beds, 1 bathroom with a very hot shower! Nice!! Pretty cold during the night since there is no heating in the rooms but...

Half a way between a hotel and a mountain refuge. Imilchil is in the middle of the Atlas and if you are travelling you must stop there. There's the end of the world after Imilchil for miles. M. Bassou will give you a very warm and friendly welcome. Don't forget to get the best cous-cous in the world made by...
