What a special find! Clean / comfortable beachfront accomodation with an anazing view on probably the best beach in Koh Lanta, and 50 metres away from the start of a number of "on the beach" restaurants. I doubt that any of the nearby resorts had rooms closer to the sand than the 7 or 8 beachfront rooms here. The owners (Hawa and her husband) offer an exceptional client experience. Their english is fairly limited but they try! We also booked our rental car via them and even our transfer from Phuket. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in an oceanfront view room and were very pleased. We booked scooters and tours and transfers to ferry docks all with the reception here and everything was done perfectly. The breakfast is served to your lanai overlooking the ocean and is a great experience. The sun sets into the ocean every night right in front of your room. Beach bars and live entertainment and massage are all just a few steps down the beach from your room. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. Rooms right on the beach which you don't get at any of the resorts without paying 10 times as much! Rooms are lovely, comfy bed, good size fridge for beers etc, and absolutely spotless. Klong nin was quiet in off season, which was perfect for me, but still 10 or so beach bars and restaurants in easy walking distance (nearest about 15m, but no disturbance from it at all!). To add to this it was my birthday when I was there, and they arranged a personalised birthday cake and gift and sang me happy birthday in the morning!

The room sits on the sea in a quiet zone of koh lanta. Just yourselves in the sea on a little beach. Walk up the beach to Richie’s to have some life music and food. Go to lime cooking school to be blown away by tastes. And then return to your quiet home listening to the waves crash in. Breakfast is brought to you in the morning and is eaten on your terrace. Room air conditioned and does the job. No fancy frills but it works. Leave room service card on door to get room cleaned. We forgot !

If you are looking for a beachfront property then look no further.We stayed here for a week in January room B1.From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and were always there if we had any questions.The room is lovely A/C works perfectly and it's so clean.Outsidw having your own sun lounger and table to eat breakfast at was lovely.The whole place is so quiet and relaxing.The location is perfect easy to walk to shops and loads of restaraunts in the same street.We hired scooters at a great price.Breakfast is amazing delivered to your room at your time of choice and so much to choose from all fresh and hot.Lastly I would like to say a big thank you to Kalwta and One who were so lovely and helpful you two made our stay truly memorable.When we come back to ko lanta this will be our number 1 choice.I don't usually leave reviews unless the place i stayed was truly exceptional which this was.
