A lovely small hotel off the beaten track and away from the centre of Hua Hin. There are lots of things to love about this place, the pool area surrounded by greenery and the style of the villas with hard wood floors in a traditional style. The staff are always smiling and are helpful. There is a free shuttle bus which runs into town each evening at 7p.m. and picks up from the drop off point for the return at 9.30p.m. This is a great chance to share stories/tips with other guests. Breakfast is adequate but if you stay for any length of time the choice can seem limited. There are the Tamarind and Cicada markets within walking distance from the hotel which are great for live music, all sorts of food offerings, and various other market stalls. If I was being critical, we sometimes struggled with communication with staff, our Thai unfortunately is non existent and their English quite limited. The towels in the room have certainly seen better days, but other linen is fine.

I wanted to compliment the staff and management at this terrific small resort. My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights over the Holiday break and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We really loved the location, being tucked away on a quiet street, just a few steps from the beautiful beach. We stayed in unit # 32 and found it to be very clean, tidy, quiet and fulfilled our needs to the highest standard. Each morning an amazing and fulfilling breakfast was served! The staff worked diligently and respectfully to meet the demands of all the guests. We were very grateful for the entire staff, grounds, rooms, food, hospitality and very convenient location. They do a superb job too with all of the extra perks like planning trips and daily surprises! If you are looking for a small resort, quiet, yet close to everything you would want in Hua Hin, this is the place. We will absolutely return here! Congratulations to all of the staff for a perfectly run small quiet and romantic resort. A job well done!

Not a great start when booking in, after various issues we were upgraded to a poolside villa: thank you Boom. Note when booking; check your paperwork matches what you've booked!
The villa was lovely and spacious, could do with some more draws for storage. I am 6' 3" tall, the shower is set low for locals, kept knocking my head!
Pool area is nice & tranquil, set in nice grounds with a lovely water feature, beware when sitting out in the evening/night, very susceptible to mosquitoes....
Breakfast was basic but cooked to order, generally nice pleasant service.
Some nice little touches in the afternoon when sitting by the pool, fresh fruit presented well.
Overall a nice quiet friendly little hotel.

Location: It's not in the centre of Hua Hin - but it's an idyllic little sanctuary offering calm and tranquility. Within walking distance to the beach, though you'll have to take the free hotel shuttle to the more popular part of Khao Takiab Beach that's lined with restaurants, and where you can rent lounge chairs for a small fee. It's close to the highly recommended Cicada Market and to some good restaurants - our favorite was Tik's.

Hotel: Loved the lush, green grounds and poolside area which were fabulously maintained. The freshly prepared Thai breakfast every morning was SO CRAZY GOOD. Also appreciated that they offered free foot massages to guests twice a week. They also had bicycles on loan.

Rooms: Charming, spacious villas that were spotlessly clean. But beware of the mosquitoes if you're sitting on the patio outside your villa in the evening - make sure you ask for mosquito coils!

Service: Really friendly, helpful and attentive staff, especially a woman named Noo (I think that's her name). Thanks for the great hospitality, we'd definitely come back!

Based on other reviews stayed for 2 nights. Very pleased with check-in, room and amenities. Wifi worked very well. No restaurant or breakfast served due to lack of customers and covid 19, but no problem, can get something yourself in the room, my wife brought our own cooking utensils. Plenty of places nearby as well.
As we were playing golf early on the 2nd day, left at 0630am, no one around to check us out, no issue as we had paid already.
Only negative as we were staying just 2 nights we put the do not disturb sign on the door, but housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room. No big deal, except the safe was not working, so we had a few non expensive items lying around.
Overall an excellent stay and have booked another stay in November.

In comparison to many other places in Thailand, this place has unique qualities. Staff make you feel at ease and welcome during your entire visit. Rooms clean, and so is all the environment within this resort. Food served fresh, with eye catching presentation and always tasty. It is a place for individuals who love to enjoy the tranquillity within a tropical environment.

Absolutely gorgeous. The service is excellent. Great location to beach. GO! From the moment we walked on these beautiful grounds we were met with such kindness, help, and beauty we did not want to leave the property. Mark the manager and Noo the head breakfast and front desk person were EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was fabulous and clean and my hubby and I both slept like babies each night. We also walked 3, yes 3, minutes to the amazing beach of Hua Hin. GO,GO,GO to the RUENKANOK HOUSE!!!

This really is a haven in a noisy city. Very peaceful and relaxing and less than 1 minute walk to the sea. We had a room next to the pool which was a really good position and had everything we needed. The breakfast was generous and tasty and all the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly service. Perfect holiday stay for our three families. Comfortable rooms. Very good restaurant. Access to plenty of activities.
Staff made a real effort to remember our names and eccentricities. We’d certainly book here again.

Hi There, Unfortunately, there are no Beach chairs available in the area. Mostly bars are located in the center of huahin, in khao takieb you can always find local restaurants, seafood restaurant and cafe within walking distance.

Are there non-smoking villas in the hotel?
Answer from BF P
Montreal, Canada66 contributions34 helpful votes
Sorry for delayed answer-- I dont log in much. You can flush toilet paper in the toilet--but they also have a spray gun which reduces use of toilet paper. The plumbing here in Thailand is usually not made to whitstand lots of toilet paper, this is why the locals use bins. You can pay with Visa no problem. There are not many mosquitoes in the room. But because of the numerous pools/ water areas around the rooms, there are mosquitoes just outside.

Connecting to the beach?
Answer from tinyc793
Phoenix, Arizona126 contributions30 helpful votes
It's not beach front but feels like it. The walk from your guest room to the beach is less than 2 minutes which is probably shorter than most other hotel rooms to their private beaches. They also provide free transportation to other beaches nearby if you decide to change the scenery.

Hi there, the best way to get to Huahin is the Taxi and you can go straight from the Airport as we are only 3 hrs.
