Way overpriced for what you get. Very dull ambience. Far too warm in the rooms at night, had to open all the windows. Stained walls and dirty bathroom. Menu in gallery restaurant was very limited and way over priced. Burger and french fires was €22.00

As a family of 4, we had a very relaxing and fun time in Dromoland Castle. The food is delicious, the service perfect and there were many activities that we enjoyed from golf, pool and fitness centre, biking and walking in the park.

This was a perfect last night in Ireland. We felt like the lord and lady of the manor. After checking in, we explored the castle and then had drinks by the fireplace in the Gallery followed by a snack of fresh native oysters and smoked salmon. Then we walked it off exploring the grounds and walking paths. Then we dressed...

We had a quality break. and met lovely people and staff excellent! The castle is amazing dating back to the 12th century and still has the feel of times gone by with mod cons inside main door. It stands alone when compared to Bunnratty down the road which is stage oirish!

Beautiful public rooms, bars and restaurants along with spacious and well appointed bedrooms, helpful and courteous staff, unfortunately let down by large scale building works to the grounds. For a casual dining experience try shanigans bistro located within the grounds, delicious food

This 5 star luxurious castle delivers everything that it promises. Log fires, fine food and wine, excellent service, beautifully appointed bed rooms, live harp music to accompany your dining, peace, tranquility and relaxation. However you are out in the middle of the countryside here. No shops, bars or restaurants and, unless you have a car, no escape. You can't spend...

We had an incredible time here! The grounds are beautiful, the castle is right out of a fairy tale, and the service is top notch. I would come back in a heartbeat. We wish we could have spent even more time there!

I booked this hotel for my husband, 2 kids (age 9 & 4) and I for one night stay to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. This is definitely one to remember, staff couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. Food was fabulous and overall stay was memorable. Kids loved driving the karts and also feeding the ducks in the lake....

This was one of my most memorable vacations I have ever experienced! My husband and I stayed here for my friends destination wedding. It was a beautiful place to stay and the staff were all very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were beautiful as were the grounds. I got my nails done in the spa, went skeet shooting and...
