Excellent service and great facilities throughout the Hotel in a Beautiful Location overlooking Lough Swilly,Buncrana, Co.Donegal. Ideal base for touring around The Inishowen Peninsula! Lovely views across Lough Swilly from the Restaurant. Complimentary use of wonderful Spa facilities and 9-hole Golf Course. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for you!

The restaurant is understaffed and the waiting staff on duty are overworked. The food was passable. I felt sorry for the pressured restaurant staff which explained the long wait. I once stayed overnight but my room was at the back looking out to a wooden fence. Ask for upstairs room if you want a view of the beach. It was...

Best to book. Large crowds expected. Earlier you arrive the easier it is to get severed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Soup and bread rolls to start, a full table of everything you could imagine. Fresh fish, salads meat, chicken and the rest. To much to mention. Then you go up for your dinner. Three choices of meat, roast potatoes, plain...

Had evening dinner with family, potatoes were clearly reheated from I assume the carvery earlier in the day, they were dry and some burnt! If there was a teaspoon of sweet chilli put on them I'd be surprised. Spring rolls were from packet, definitely not made in the restaurant. Fritata was a tasteless omelette, sundried tomatoes had odd taste, just not nice....

Unfortunately this is not a hotel to go to if you want to relax. The noisiest cleaning staff on the planet meant that we could never sleep past 8:30 am! The staff literally roar at each other up & down the corridor, congregating outside my bedroom (252) with their trolley, meant that I could never get a lie in. Not...

On arrival unfriendly staff made us wait 1 hour before we could get into our room. We were treated as a second class citizens because we had booked a family package. We were made eat in the bar other than in the dinning room. Two courses were served and the first thing the waitress told us was that we would...

We went on Fathers Day and the set up was very good. Good food with plenty of options. Great value for money too! It does be busy though but the staff handle it well. The downstairs play area for kids is a great idea! My little boy and his cousins had an hour of fun after dinner. Great idea!
