We were guests at a wedding (27th July 2015) and at the host's recommendation, had tried to reserve an 'executive/deluxe' room by phone, well in advance, during the first week of December 2014. There was no reply all week to calls, response to messages left or emails. So, on 10th December decided to use Hotels.com to book a room. This...

Yet another fine hotel stay. Central to many attractions, comfortable, clean and quiet with excellent meals and service. Take a day trip to the village of Cong, where the John Wayne, Maureen O'Hara movie 'The Quiet Man' was filmed. Enjoy strolling about the village, taking in the gardens and seeing the memorials to the filming.

Stayed in this hotel for one night while touring the area. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful (Aoife was lovely!). The main reception area was clean & bright. Room 407 had a partial view of Bunratty Castle. The beds were firm, linens crisp. The room was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was quite large with a full...

Stayed here as part of a tour group and enjoyed not only the hotel but its proximity to The Bunratty Castle as well as, the famous Durty Nellies Pub. Very enjoyable gift shop and beautiful gardens and surrounding areas. Great bar and the staff even bought out group a round of mead after the show at the castle.

Just visited here for a friends wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. Lovely rooms, staff, food and grounds. Wedding was superb. Certainly recommend it!!! Weather could have been better but it was excellent none the less. The castle is certainly worth a visit too!

Convenient to Bunratty Castle, clean and well appointed rooms, great on site dining and bar facilities. A very classy place to stay. Very pleased. The village is an easy walk with several wonderful pubs and shops.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Bunratty. We stayed for two nights as we were attending a wedding at the hotel. Spacious, comfortable room which was very well equipped. WiFi throughout. Good location - walking distance to shops, pubs and Bunratty castle. Only small gripe was the bar-staff. Probably the slowest I have ever encountered. Lots of people behind...

Stayed here in our private tour of Ireland. The hotel is very clean and I would stay here again. The bar was nice and the staff were good. The hotel is located directly across from the medieval banquet and Durty Nellies

We stayed at Bunratty Hotel as part of a package with the Medieval Dinner at Bunratty Castle. The whole experience is BRILLIANT. Staying at the Hotel is convenient and comfortable. They have a standard late check-out (11:30am) which is appreciated - particularly if you were at the late sitting of the dinner. The room was very comfortable and quiet -...

This is a charming Hotel and the accommodations are nice. It had a lot to be desired when it came to customer service. My friends went down to breakfast in the morning and was lectured by a woman running the breakfast room, because they were 5 minutes early. Not very nice! At breakfast I saw a manager treat a staff member...
