We booked 2 nights for a family of 5. The lady on the phone was lovely. We got a super deal. When we arrived again she was lovely and had organised 2 rooms that were interconnecting which was great for us. The hotel itself has such potential and is crying out for money to be spent on it but they...

We had food in the bar Saturday night and the food was very good and the staff really looked after us and the breakfast was good the next morning as the staff was helpful and friendly. I will...

This hotel has so much potential, such a pity to see it so rundown and neglected. We stayed for one night and room was clean but very basic , we didn't even have soap or shower gel in our room. The menu in our room looked like it had fab food with very reasonable prices but when we went down...

So sorry to read your comments and that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have investigated the matters internally and it would appear that your room was in fact serviced by an inexperienced member of staff so sincere apologies for this? In relation to our bar menus these are extensive daily giving a choice of 5 starters...

Myself and my fiance stayed here last week for a couple of days and it wasn't the best at all. Our room was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel where deliveries came in, the curtains were scorched like someone put a cigarette out on them, the hotel chef was outside our room window either smoking or...

We were surpisesed to read your comments in relation to your recent stay with us. It would appear that you were allocated a room which was actually off for maintenance which explains the issues with the shower and cups – for this we unreservedly apologise. The chef in question has been spoken to and certainly this is against company policy...

Horrible, dirty hotel, I took my mother there for two night break. The room was smelly and dirty, the breakfast was cold, the staff tried there best but all they could do was apologies for the run down state. Worst of all it was full with foreign tourist, who also commented on it, with hotels like this is no surprise...
