Lovely cosy room, friendly welcome. Lovely guest sitting room and dining room. Plenty of parking and the views are beautiful. Plenty of variety at breakfast. Recommended for couples or groups who plan to explore the burren.

Beautiful house, a rare find. Very clean, bright breakfast room. Lots of lovely touches. Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again. Very well positioned to visit the surrounding villages. A short walk to the beach.

Set gently from the road, facing Galway Bay, Drumcreehy Country House welcomes visitors with grace and the warmest hospitality. Hosts Armin and Bernadette have thought of their guests beginning at the front door throughout the entire house. It's the distinct attention to details that is particularly striking. A front sitting room offers comfortable seating, with reading material focused on the... More

We enjoyed a quiet Halloween stay. The Large room with a view over the sea was comfortable and we appreciated the downstairs places to rest read or have a quiet tea or drink Breakfast was very good with a ride range of choices including some not usually found of smoke salmon

Warm and cosy B&B - we loved the soft couches and candles for reading in the sitting room in the evening, helping ourselves to tea or wine from the honesty bar. Breakfast was great, especially the poached mangoes, pears and rhubarb.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-September, as this was a good location for exploring the Burren, the Cliff of Moher and areas in between. Bernadette, our host, made arrangements with a local guide Shane Connelly to walk the Burren. They were also able to do a small wash for a very reasonable charge. Breakfast was one the best... More

This was a gorgeous b&b the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was divine. There is a lovely sitting room to relax in and an honesty bar that you can help yourself to a glass of wine or a cup of tea.

We were on our way to The Cliffs of Moher when we decided to put up for the night. Drumcreehy House stood out as an attractive location with a view of the sea. We met Bernadette, the hostess who showed us one of her few available rooms and it was perfect. It was spaceous and had a lovely view of... More

We were looking for a convenient B&B in the vicinity of the Burren/Cliffs of Moher/Dungaire Castle that would make a nice launching spot for the next day's drive toward Galway. Read good reviews of this place and heard that Ballyvaughan was a cute small town/village worth a stop. Our expectations were exceeded as the B&B was quite cute, clean and... More

Quick and easy to find right off the main road. We were relieved as it was our first night in Ireland and we had driven from Dublin airport. Room was average size on 2nd floor. Clean and quite. We were so tired it was just what we needed. Breakfast was very good. He had an honor bar with beer, wine... More
