This hotel is really a big B&B. THey must not get a lot of business because the staff running the hotel are the maids, receptionists, waitresses, and breakfast hosts. The food in their pub was great, although the service was slow. Someone cleaned the floors (tiles) in the morning and I almost broke my leg when I slipped on them...

Really enjoyable stay. This small hotel was very comfortable and the friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and unlike so many hotels, there was no buffet, all cooked freshly exactly to your order! We plan to visit again!

Stayed there 4 nights with kid for a trip to the burren region. While the hotel is ideally located to explore the burren area several things could be improved in the hotel. On our first entry to the hotel we recognized the food smell from the restaurant which was present throughout the hotel. Entering our fresh room we found the...

This hotel is an ideal location for sightseeing around the Burren. The room provided was basic but adequate. We were disappointed there was no view out the window just rooftops. Pulled back the curtains one morning to be greeted by a gentleman painting a chimney (bit of a shock!) Breakfast was hit and miss. On our final morning we waited...

The hotel is quite satisfying. The weak point is the staff: no one at the desk we waited 15 minute for the check in the a blonde waiter came a gave us just two indications. No other info about the services. For the check out same things: no one at the desk. For one night stay could be fine, not...

We have just returned from a weekend in Ballyvaughan and unfortunately had terrible weather but a lovely time all the same! We stayed in Hylands which is in a great location in the heart of the village and we were allocated a lovely room on the top floor. Breakfast was very basic and not worth getting up for so improvement...

We had booked, with confirmation, Logues Lodges. There was, however, a problem with their system which resulted in 'no room at the inn'! Fortunately we managed to get into the Hylands. Although the room was small, they literally squeezed us in.....the bed was so comfy. The breakfast's had the best porridge of the trip and we were made to feel...

Stopped for a quick lunch while touring the Cliffs of Moher and the seaside around them. Had the mussels and they were delicious. The vegetable soup was also top notch and the bread was excellent. Prices were reasonable although the service was a little slow.

My wife and I stayed in the Hotel for four nights in mid-July. The first noticeable thing on entering through the front door, was a peculiar odour, which was not very pleasing. The receptionist was quite young, pleasant and helpful. Our room, on the middle floor, was spacious and clean with free wifi. We stayed on a bed & breakfast...

My wife and I made the trip to ballyvaughan for a night away and stayed in Hylands burren hotel. On entering the hotel we were greeted by a friendly man called David who checked us in and showed us to our room. The room was bright and spotless. We dined in the Italian restaurant down the street called L'Arco (which...
