My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive from the Wicklow mountains to Kenmare. This B&B is in a perfect location. Park your car and walk everywhere. The castle, the swiss cottage (don't miss it), and taking a stroll by the river turned out to be a very nice day. The...

This B&B was a little difficult for me but Liam, our host, lifted that heavy, huge bag and trucked it up the stairs for me like it weighed nothing. My knees being bad, I lugged myself up two flights of stairs to an absolutely beautiful and homey room. Once again, we had a large, well, semi large room with three...

From the moment we arrived, we really liked Tinsley House. The owners greeted us warmly. The house itself has lots of character, the creaky floorboards only added to the charm! The guest sitting room is a lovely touch, where you can help yourself to tea/coffee & biscuits while looking through their information booklets and maps, very helpful. The only thing...

Liam and Patsy were so kind to us. The B&B has the very best location, right on the square...and great parking right on the street after 6pm. They pointed us to a great steakhouse at the pub across the square, where I had about the best steak of my life...seriously. The shower was terrible; no water pressure, and the room...

We enjoyed our stay at Tinsley House. Great old home built in 1840. Walking distance to everything in Cahir. The hosts were lovely and were happy to share information on the area. Breakfast was delicious too.

Very nice clean warm ornate B and B located on the town square literally a minute away from anything the town has to offer as in pubs and restruants and the scenic river and Cahir Castle. Very reasonably priced and very nice ownees that make you feel welcome and very good at suggesting things to do locally.
