Stayed here for a night while going to the races. Location is good and staff are very nice and helpful. The room however was cold and the mattress uncomfortable and so creaky!!!!!!!. Breakfast was lovely and the general vibe of the house/decor was nice but I wouldn't stay again on that mattress or with such poor insulation in the room...

This is a beautiful house in a great location. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was standard. I will not stay here again however as the mattresses in room 7 were noticeably sagging and in really awful condition. We had terrible nights sleep. I'm disappointed to read negative reviews here from last summer - also complaining about the mattresses...

It was 26 December, it was beautifully decorated and we had a great welcome. However when we got to our room on the top floor the window was open although it was almost freezing outside. We found out why when we couldn't turn off the very hot radiator. The room was tired, the beds were past their rent by date,...

Stayed in Innisfree Guesthouse for two nights. Location is good, the house spotless and beautiful. The staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast was well made and presented. But thats were it ends. On arrival we were given room 5 which unfortunately has a door leading into another room (4). This is not a good idea as sound proofing is...

This stunning, charming B&B close to the centre of Dundalk is a real gem - a beautiful house with much character - comfortable , quiet, hassle free. The atmosphere for breakfast is so relaxed and calming, with real turf fires lit in every grate - even if your the only one dining !! Their attention to every detail is a...

Thoroughly enjoyed my night here. Room was charming with a four poster bed and clean modern bathroom. Breakfast was the highlight with a preordered meal meaning I could eat and relax before work and not waste time. Ronnie was an excellent host and felt welcome, a little home from home feeling. I will be back.

Visited on the return leg of our journey. Warm welcome received an arrival and staff member very helpful. Very clean accommodation but felt overall the house is in need of some upgrading. Room very comfortable but curtains coming away from window and paintwork peeling very badly in areas. For me the bed and pillow were very hard and uncomfortable so...
