I never write negative reviews so that is why this does not get a Poor!Main complaints due to noise of nightclub at 2 30 am across the street.Positive:when I went to the night porter he changed us from rm 21 to 23 and explained that while it was a bit quieter that people would be coming out about onto the...

Stayed here for a stag night in Dundalk. The receptionist was helpful even though there were 15 of us trying to check in at once. The room was clean & tidy but could do with a revamp. Same goes for the bathroom. Nice view out the window of a rubbish dump. We weren't looking for anything flash so it did...

My Family and I stayed here recently. We had two twin rooms and asked to have them next to each other and the Lady on reception obliged us with this. We had read some bad reviews on this Hotel and I feel those people were a bit harsh. The Hotel is a bit dated, but the hospitality of the staff...

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. There was 14 of us and the staff looked after us brilliantly from the girls on reception to the lads in the bar everyone was great. This hotel has huge potential. I understand it's under new management so it will be interesting to see what changes are made for new...

The exterior is rather unprepossessing but inside is much more pleasant. It has obviously had several refurbishments and is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. People were pleasant and the weekend we were there had plenty of guests. Central location was excellent and although we wondered whether the nightclub would disturb us it did not. Breakfast was included and...

The year is 2016 I do not see how two keys cannot be issued to a room in which there are two people resident. Locked out!! Time for electronic locks guys. Not for me thank you. Other than that fine for the price which isn't much.

Myself and my partner stayed here. The room was average, a bit dirty and old but it was a very cheap room and we were going for drinks anyway so we weren't looking for luxury. The bar is spacious and modern and we sat in a little private booth which I thought was great. it's right in the middle of...

On arrival girl on reception was very cold and robotic. My friend was calling to pick me up and I asked if it was ok for them to come up to my room without me having to come down and get them. I was spoken to like a bold child. She told me nobody was allowed up to the rooms...

For the price the imperial is reasonably fair for what you get. The decoration is somewhat old- carpet floor etc the beds in the room are actually quite comfortable however there were rips on one of the seats and parts of the walls and ceilings would need repainted and redecorated due to cracks etc The breakfast the following morning was...
