Hotel is standard Irish modern hotel built during the boom. No particular ambience, pleasant staff, average food and good value. The front door in the bar/restaurant lets in a gale every time it's opened and leaves customers very uncomfortable.

Stayed on Sunday 5th March. Very pleasant staff everywhere. Room spotless. A few problems with room 224. Handle broken on bathroom. No bedside light on one side of bed. Sound not working on Skysports. Food was good but we ate late Sunday and was a little dry. Biggest problem was with unruly yobs. We went to sky bar and saw...

Stayed here for one night recently and it's a very nice modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We booked a package through the hotel directly. This package included a treatment in the spa. I booked a lavish foot treatment. This was very disappointing. I had moisturiser applied to my feet and legs and wrapped in a towel...

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The downstairs bar was nice with very good prices, there is also a rooftop bar which looked very interesting...

All staff we encountered very friendly and professional. It makes such a difference when staying anywhere. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The one drawback was the frosted glass in the window giving the room a claustrophobic feel. Breakfast was tasty and the food in the bar area was also good. We enjoyed a massage at the spa...
