It took us a couple of phone calls to make our reservation and get a confirmation for our booking. This hotel is four star. No it is not four stars it is ALL STARS. Very helpful and extremely friendly staff. Warm, comfortable and the food, oh my the food. Top quality cooked from fresh, you can taste the freshness. Great breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are staying in Cobh, or nearby stay here. Highly recommended....

We came to the waters edge for dinner tonight and it had been delicious. They have a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. They served up delicious food and mouth watering deserts. The kids meals are fantastic value for money and the children loved them

My boyfriend and myself are just back from a tour around Ireland and chose the Watersedge as one of the four hotels whilst on the tour! Very very impressed had a stunning view of the sea :) the staff were really lovely and the breakfast and dinners were to a high standard! We will be back in the future
