Recently spent three nights here for a family wedding and I couldn't fault a single thing! Liss Ard offers the most beauful gardens which you could loose yourself in exploring. I stayed in the Lodge which was located right on the lake. it offers the perfect opportunity to escape from reality to sit in peace with breathtaking views. Aside from...

We stayed at this beautiful place for a night whilst attending a wedding that was held there. It is a lovely place in a great setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back for a longer stay. It is perfect for a wedding.

There are lots of things to do in Cork, for every taste and age, but if you would like to do something that quietly stays with you, take the time to visit Liss Ard. The house , which has an odd lay out, has been done up rather than restored, so it is bright and clean, but not elegant or...

They could not do enough for us. Great breakfast as well. Adele assisted finding us a day night room which saved our stay. Do not miss. Lake cottages are just great, but be advised that meals bar etc are up in the main noise.

Fantastic hotel - hidden gem. So tranquil and peaceful. Staff lovely and friendly. Five star service with a smile. Nothing too much trouble. We had dinner in the restaurant - fine dining without all the 'stuffiness' that usually comes with it. Only a few minutes drive from Skibereen. We had a fantastic experience in Liss Ard and hope to return....

Beautiful Irish manor estate house. All rooms are tastefully decorated with a homely touch. Dinner was delicious and service second to none. We’d highly recommend the pea & crab soup for starter along with Beef Wellington for main. A visit to the Sky Garden is a must as is a boat trip out on the lake. Special word of thanks...

Arrived excited for a relaxing, luxurious stay with my husband and 18 month old baby as promised on the Liss Ard website. The estate and setting is beautiful and the estate house itself is well appointed. However, we were so disappointed when we were shown to our designated mews room which is adjacent to the estate house. The room was...

We stayed here for 6 days with a group of 16, and it was a very relaxing place to stay. The grounds are very well kept, and it is very quiet here. The service staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was a bit odd in that there was no sink in the washroom? There was a toilet and...
