A brief one-night stay to be had. Check in, friendly and efficient. Having booked and asked for a travel cot, it was a bit disappointing to have found that our room was up two flights of stairs after a lift journey. Hey ho, we coped. The room was good. Spacious enough and everything you needed. We chose to eat there...

As an American, I think I have different expectations, so part of my review might simply be ignorance. I had a hard time figuring out the shower and the pillows were not to my liking. Wifi was spotty. The stairs were an enjoyable challenge, but we're athletic- might be tough for someone with problems. That said, I liked everything else....

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights B & B with 1 dinner. The dinner was excellent. The room was good just the bathroom was a bit tight. We drove of for the day and had stuff with us for picnics and the staff kept things cool for us during the night and recharged the ice packs. On both...

Fantastic staff and great accommodations. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group of 23. We had special requests and none seemed to be too much trouble for them. The chef even conducted a cooking class for the group making soda bread and grilling hake fish. Can't recommend highly enough.

Hotel was very comfy. Clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and possibly the best breakfast i've had in a hotel. Great location on the river with a nice little beer garden over the river. A little dated but adds to the charm. First time i have been handed an actual key to a room in a long time.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay on a short visit to West Cork. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bright spacious room overlooking the river from the side of the hotel. The food was excellent and we were impressed with the breakfast menu and also dinner. Good to know that produce is locally sourced....

Stopped for one night whilst touring through the area, check in was friendly and easy, the room we stayed in was at the front of the hotel overlooking the river and the road, hence we had some issues with outside traffic noise. A good 3 star room that was clean and tidy, nothing special but ok for short stay. We...

Recently stay here for four nights with other family members and I have to say it was excellent. Helpful welcoming staff, especially John on reception, who quickly sorted out a small issue with our room. Made us feel at ease and that anything was no trouble. Breakfast was just brilliant! Recommend the smoked salmon! The hotel has the feel of...

We recently had a two night break in the West Cork Hotel and really enjoyed it. It's a great base for exploring the area around Skibbereen and Baltimore and is in a lovely location on the banks of the River Ilen. The hotel is in the centre of the town but there is a lot of parking in the grounds...
