We were told about Bridge House by a friend and found it to be the most interesting B&B we have stayed in. This place has certainly found its point of difference. Every room is decorated with all sorts of collectables and decorative items and few surfaces remain to put anything else on. After a long days driving, we sunk into...

We spent one night here during a week's visit to Ireland. We stayed in the en-suite room at the front which overlooks the road. Despite initial concerns that it would be noisy, it wasn't & we had a great nights sleep. The decor is quirky & fun, with "stuff" everywhere. Host Mona collects anything & everything which makes all of...

A fabulous Bed and Breakfast! Once you enter in the House you are fascinate by the atmosphere surrounded, there are many unique decorations, lights and candles that make you feel like in a fairytale. The rooms are very clean and the service is very good too. You have your own bathroom and available free wifi. Mona is very lovely and a...

I am not a B&B person but I decided to try out Bridge House and I knew from the start it would be an experience. It is centrally located in the town so perfect for walking about and going out in the evening. I half wondered, if it would be dusty with all the items in-house BUT to my surprise...

The Bridge house is a totally different experience.Mona's photographs adorn the walls. The rooms have too many decorative items which results in confusion. It is too cluttered and dusty . The atmosphere is not fresh despite the use of a strong air freshener All said and done, Mona is a very pleasant host. The breakfast served was good.

Wow, where to begin? The front door itself sparked so much excitement and curiosity in me. This is definitely not your typical B&B experience...it's so much better! This is a place for imaginative, creative, fun loving people. It is so much more than just a place to rest your head along your journey. Mona is a beautiful woman inside and...

Bridge House is not as much a B&B as it is an experience, and unlike any place I've ever stayed (or am likely to stay.) There was a mixup on our arrival date so our first night in Skibbereen was spent elsewhere, but when we did get inside we were transported to some different world. The furnishings were eclectic and...

What a wonderful place to stay unusual, full of character, magic and quirkiness, excellent breakfast served by the two lovely ladies Mona and Celene. Mona was very helpful in advising us on places to eat and drink in Skibbereen. Will certainly visit again.

The Bridge House B&B is definitely the best B&B I ever stayed in - in the whole world. In fact, it is better than any hotel I ever stayed in. The superb hospitality is outstanding. The highly detailed and personal design of every space in the whole house is superb and unique. Many of the objects have their own stories,...

If you like "different" book into Bridge House. You will talk about this place til your dying day! It is so fantastically eccentric and beautiful all in one. We stayed for 2 nights in August and would have loved to stay longer. Mona, the owner is a fantastic character who has created something really special here. There is no space...
