The warmest welcome, immaculate and comfortable rooms, best breakfast I've ever had and absolutely nothing is too much trouble to Maryanne, the ultimate hostess. Could not recommend the Island Heights more. Don't miss it, a total gem!!

Just had the most wonderful experience here with Mary Ann at this amazing B and B in Castle Island. From the moment we pulled up on her drive way she gave a fantastic welcome. We entered and sat with a nice cup of tea and lots of home made cakes. On returning from a night out on the tiles we...

I spent five days with Maryanne and Eamon in January and came back to the New Year and work a new person! The welcoming atmosphere, the great chats with everyone calling in, the laughs, the AMAZING food, and the fun trips up town and into Killarney were just what the doctor ordered! If you are looking for a home away...

I must admit that previously I tended to always book accommodation in high rated hotels but I was persuaded by a friend to stay at this house and wow am I glad that I did. From the moment that I arrived the warm hospitality that I received was second to none. Mary and Eamonn are just naturals at what they...

This welcoming and well-equipped B&B offers easy access to both Killarney and Tralee and a convenient jumping-off point for exploring the Kerry countryside. Only a few minutes’ walk to the center of town, Island Heights recently served as my home base during an annual music festival, and innkeeper Mary Anne made sure I was always comfy, well rested, and well...

We were looking for a last minute reservation and were fortunate to get the last room available at Island Heights B&B. Mary Anne & Aimen were warm and welcoming - homemade baked goods (you must try the scones), coffee, tea, and even wine were provided for guests to enjoy in the front room. Our room was a lovely room in...
