‎While we didn't up staying the night, I had to mention my experience. My wife and I were on a 2 week exploration of Ireland and we were looking for a 2 night let for a double room. The B+B did not have any available...but they went out of their way to try and accommodate us and even offered to...

We stay in a lot of B&Bs and are amazed at how little the owners interact with guests. Kingstown House is superior in this regard because not only is it close to everything and a great home base for exploring Connemara, the owners - Jim and Regina are so welcoming and helpful. Our room was fine - clean and comfortable....

Friendly & helpful owners - located in City Center but plenty of parking in close by car park. Rooms were very nice - and quiet! Around the corner to a good assortment of restaurants & pubs for traditional Irish entertainment. Terrific breakfast! Jim and Regina had great suggestions for dinner, pubs, and local sights. One of the best stops on...

By far the best B&B I staying at during this trip to Ireland. Jim & Regina were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating, & attentive to everyone's needs. Very warm, cozy entrance/living room area. I had an extended stay, and they were exceptionally accommodating to my needs. They always tidied my room when I went out though I never figured out how...

Located in the city centre of Clifden, this is a lovely typical b&b. Great hospitality, the owners gave us some very good suggestions of things to do in the stunning area. Breakfast made by Regina is superb! A tip would be an electric kettle in the room, so that you can make some tea.

This was just what we were looking for, and the location was perfect. Regina and Jim were perfect hosts. We were initially worried about the parking in town but there is a free car park close by and we were able to park on the street right in front both nights. Everything was very convenient and Clifden is a lovely...

We spent three nights at Kingstown House, and our stay there was great from the very beginning right up until we left. Regina greeted us warmly when we arrived & Jim helped us get our bags upstairs. They directed us to the free parking lot, which is very close to the B&B, and we had no problem with parking for...
