Kathy and John did a great job of making the 4 of us feel welcome. The house/rooms is/are immaculate and the breakfast delicious. The path to the cliffs is the hidden gem, and it includes two places to sit and relax.

Staying in Ardmore House was a wonderful experience- a home from home. kathy and John are amazing hosts nothing was too much trouble - The breakfasts menu was varied with lots of healthy choices, catering for all taste. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Only regret we couldn't stay longer- but already booked for next year

Read my review written in 2011 and you will know when we decided this trip to do the West coast of Ireland, this place was my first choice! Our room, #6 has a US king (Euro superking) and a twin bed. The price is maybe a bit under comparables. The room is large as is the bathroom which has both...

We stumbled across this beautiful B&B while driving along Sky Road. It's run by the very friendly and warm Kath and John who have gone to the extra effort to construct a walking trail from the B&B to the sea where there are great views and where you can walk on a path along the cliff edges. Room was clean,...

This could have been an even more spectacular spot, however we had very bad weather so we could not take advantage of the location. However, the B & B is beautiful, Kathy & John were so helpful, especially with our malfunctioning GPS. Breakfast was perfect and the room was very clean. Small bathroom, but we managed and we would certainly...

Everything was great - the room, the breakfast, the view, the hospitality - Kathy and John are really phantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much - the rooms and especially the bath room are clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is brilliant - we enjoyed the home-made jams and all the fruits on it - and the menu card offers...

On our arrival at Ardmore House last week we were warmly greeted by Kathy. After showing us the lovely lounge and dining room Kathy took us to our rooms (we were 7 adults staying in four rooms). WOW ... all rooms were ensuite (3 with baths as well as showers), extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were so so...

My husband and I stayed at the Ardmore House in April of 2016 for our honeymoon. The rooms were nice, clean and our hosts were wonderful. The HIGHLIGHT for us though was the walk from the home down to the water. We spent several hours out there one afternoon walking around the cliffs. It was beautiful and very secluded. We...

What a lovely place to stay! We've been to Ireland three times and Ardmore House is the nicest B&B we've stayed in. From the clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms; to the wonderful hosts John and Kathy; to an awesome breakfast! Then there are the beautiful private sea cliffs!! We enjoyed it so much we stayed at Ardmore House on our...

Last summer we stayed with Kathy and John at The Ardmore and were so impressed that we had to come back to show our friends. When we arrived Kathy's delightful smile and hugs greeted us. Again she and John took complete care of us from reservations at superior restaurants (Maroni's and Mitchell's) with cab service to delicious homemade breakfasts and...
