I rarely write a review, but Clifden Eco Beach is one of those places that deserves a mention. We stayed there last July for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The location and scenery are simply stunning. The beach is white sand with crystal clear water. All the pitches have fabulous views and there is a wonderful relaxed feel about the place. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Kris and Tatijana are very welcoming and helpful hosts, and do a great job in running the lovely campsite.

We spent our first winter holiday in this glorious place. We weathered a storm and afterwards had 7 beautiful bright clear days with crystal clear sea - cold but beautiful. I swam every day and walked out to Omey Island and had a picnic. Stunning and great to clear the head in these times!

My wife and myself alongside with our puppy adventured on our first caravan trip when we stumbled on this little piece of paradise.Private,secure and close to all the major attractions in Connemara. Kris and Tatjana are very friendly and will go out of their way to try and help you with whatever they can. Very clean place,amazing views and excellent amenities. You can not pass on this place. Will definetly be back and highly recommended!
