Run by Sue and John Sue was really welcoming and very helpful regarding things to do in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the best bit was the breakfast. The choice was great including homemade bread! Lots of fruit in addition to the cooked breakfast which was really well cooked. We would definitely go back.

We were initially recommended to stay at the Sharamore House after our accommodations in town fell through. We arrived in the early evening and were warmly welcomed by the lady of the house. Our room was just up the stairs, was perfectly clean and serene. Breakfast was fabulous, in a great room with distant ocean views. We had planned to...

Loved our short stay here in the Sharamore b&b. We were made to feel very welcome. The setting is idyllic and perfect for exploring beautiful Conomara. our room was clean warm and had a brilliant shower! It's worth staying here just for the breakfast! There's something for everyone especially fish lovers. Would highly recommend.

You will get a 5 star breakfast in Sharamore. If you like fish there is lots of choice on the menu with fresh ingredients. The house has a very welcoming and relaxed feel to it. Great location just outside Clifton.

I spent two nights here recently and can highly recommend it. Lovely, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was amazing, with several choices of cereal and lots of variations on a cooked breakfast. Sue's homemade potato cake was delicious. It is in a great location for exploring the Connemara and just a short, scenic drive...

Stayed here for 2 nights recently with family and friends. Rooms are very fresh and comfortable with all the usual mod cons. Breakfast was very good and more than you would expect from a b&b. They really go the extra mile on menu and presentation with a large selection to suite all. We also hired a boat from the B&B...

This was a perfect stay in every way: beds were comfy, the room was spotless and very big for just the 2 of us. The breakfast is amazing with lots of choice and everything freshly made. Sue suggested us a bit of sight seeing in the area and she obviously knows where the good things are! It was perfect and...

This B&B is a few kilometres north of Clifden. It's a short drive into town so it's ideally placed. John and Sue are very welcoming and the breakfast is splendid. John is a fisherman so you might be able to catch your breakfast! There appears to be new carpet throughout and the rooms are clean and spacious. Recomemded

We stayed at Sharamore House for one night in late October. Sue is a chipper and cheery hostess. Our Twin Room was large and accommodating -- and we even had a bathtub with shower. What a luxury -- and quite rare in a B&B in Ireland. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, there was plenty of hot water...
