Sea Gull is a place past it's prime if it ever had a prime. It is the third time a place featured in Rick Steves has bordered on uninhabitable. The other two times we left and went elsewhere. I wish we had this time.

Everything you need in a b&b: great location, clean rooms, and friendly and accomodating proprietor in Mary, who also manages the pub down the street. Good, hearty breakfast. No frills, but had its own memorable charm.

You have to park on the street nearby which we didn't seem to have a problem doing. We double parked to unload our luggage. Kinsale is a walking town with narrow streets so you will want to park your car anyways!
