I and 2 friends had a lovely lovely meal early March during a busy Saturday night. The staff couldn't do enough for us..and the food was so tasty from tapas to any main course dishes and yummy desserts....so enjoyable...One friend had not eaten in the Blue Haven before and was surprised she had not discovered before now...she "loved" the food...

The food wasn't great I thought a little pricey. The staff weren't very friendly the atmosphere wasn't great! I don't think I'd return . Didn't feel very welcome more like we were a bother to the staff for arriving at all!

My twin & I had our Birthday party in the Blue Haven Hotel on the 4th of March. There was a group of 20 of us going for dinner. Even though it was an extremely busy night in the hotel from the minute we arrived I felt so welcomed & special. The Bistro was very cozy, our table was beautifully...

Went to the Blue Haven on a hen last weekend. There were over 40 girls on the hen. From the moment we arrived in the hotel for afternoon tea we were greeted with a smile and a glass of prosecco from Erika. Afternoon tea was very tasty, afterwards we had the cube activity in the hotel. That night we came...

On the down side, no parking only on the street, and as we pulled up to check in to the hotel, a traffic warden was looking in the window at us. We asked at reception about parking and were told there...

We've eaten here many many times over the past 6 years and have brought friends from overseas to enjoy the ambience, good food, friendly staff in a great location. Sadly our latest visit was very disappointing as the whole experience was marred by the lack of service, lack of friendly staff. If it had been busy I wouldn't have been...

Thanks for your feedback as this is how we can develop and improve standards. I am obviously very disappointed to read this as I take our standard of food and service very seriously. Thank you for your custom recently and in the past and it is extremely disappointing to hear on this occasion you visited you felt we did not...
