This was my first time in Clona and obviously my first time at the hotel and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and really welcoming indeed and the hotel has a nice olde world feel to it. The rooms are in keeping with this theme too. The beds are very nice to sleep in and...

If you are planning on having your hen in Clonakilty, then I couldn't recommend the Clonakilty Hotel highly enough. The staff are so helpful, the food was fabulous. They decorated the tables for us, without us even requesting this. We had some coeliacs in the group, and they were well looked after. Thanks to all the staff for making our...

Had a meal in the restaurant last evening and was one of the nicer meals that I have had and the quality was excellent. Only downside to the night was they were heavily under staffed but they tried to cope with the crowd who were getting a little frustrated by the slow pace of the service. There was only two...

Breakfast was great with a good selection . We ate in the hotel on 2 nights and were thoroughly delighted on both occasions . The menu was varied...

Reasonably priced for a reasonable hotel. I wouldn't be saying it is anything out of this world like other places I have stayed in but it pretty much is what it is. Can't complain about what we got for the price we paid but for stags and hens parties it is ideally located in the heart of Clonakilty. Would have...

Had a wonderful stay with my partner while exploring the wild Atlantic way! Bedroom was comfortable and clean, very reasonably priced. Aisling serving the breakfast couldn't do enough for us and made our stay even better. Would definitely stay again

I went there for lunch on 24 Aug. 2016. I waited 10 mins for my companion to arrive. She arrived, we got menus and, when we started to order, the waiter said the electricity was out in the kitchen and they only had soup and sandwiches. I could have put up with being allowed to sit in the restaurant for 15...

Dear Gerry G I sent a private email to you a week ago, but you have decided to ignore my invitation to call into us, as you live only 100 feet from us. Yes, we had a slight electrical blip on the day you were in our restaurant and lost power for 10 minutes to some of our kitchen equipment,...
