Clonakilty was a beautiful town to visit and the hotel a great base to work from. When we arrived, we had only to make a dozen strides to get to the very helpful tourist office and one of the restaurants we visited! What struck me, in particular, was the cleanliness of the town and its streets, in particular. This task...

Clonakilty is one of the nicest little towns in West Cork; it boasts both natural attractions (beaches, walks, views etc.) and interesting history / architecture (e.g. Michael Collins); the Clonakilty Hotel is perfectly situated in the main street, close to all amenities. Staff are friendly / professional and facilities all fine. There is a nice lounge and a pleasant bar...

We stayed for 3 nights on a deal with bed and breakfast and one complimentary dinner. This was a great deal as the rooms are fine and the food is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That hotel is becoming a popular place to stay so advance booking is essential. When we visit the area again we will...

I absolutely loved this hotel. The reception staff are so efficient and friendly. No problem with parking right outside the hotel on the street, but cannot comment on this during peak season. The evening dinner we had in the restaurant was really top class, I had the duck with orange sauce, delicious. The room is spacious and warm, the bed...

This is a lovely hotel close to where all the downtown action is. The room was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel room was nicely laid, including having outlets on both sides of the bed so we could both charge up phones, etc.

The staff here again were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely too-with a cold buffet where they had cereals, juices etc and a hot breakfast menu to...

Lovely hotel and great staff. We did a "Brexit" (in and then out) and went out of the hotel and straight into the Copper Pot Restaurant next door, believing that it was a separate restaurant. Was then very surprised to see the man at hotel reception behind the bar!!!! We were all laughing as he came over to take our...
