The Roundabout Tavern is a family owned and run Inn situated at the Killarney Road roundabout on the main Cork - Limerick N20 with plenty of parking space and is within 100m of Mallow mainline Rail Station. On entry you are assured of a friendly welcome whether a local regular or a once off visitor from the bar or restaurant...

Traveling down from Dublin, we were so hungry! Could not wait for food stop and place was very quit one young lad with black hair behind the bar and another older man walking around. We sat down and took ages for the young lad to notice us. He took the order and then I went up to the bar fast...

Stopped in for lunch. Parking is ample pub is very old world. You walk in through a curtain over the door. The premises does good food with reasonable pricing. The venue was tidy not the cleanest post other diners. Wifi is available but slow. Ok for a stop off

It's a lovely establishment the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was very quick and efficient. The breakfast in the morning was piping hot. Great value for money. I would happily stay here again.

A warm welcome and friendly service throughout. Decent food menu and choice of drinks, attentive wait staff. Room, shower and wifi were as to be expected at the price point. A hearty breakfast with plenty of toast and hot drinks to set you up for the day. Although the place could do with some minor refurbishments there's nothing fundamentally wrong.

Stopped here on our way to Trabolgan for a spot of lunch. It was very handy as we were meeting my parents who were traveling from a different direction so it was easy for them to find. The place is nice and airy and has lovely quirky decor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They had a nice...

Mallow is a great place to visit. People are friendly and nice town. However, the Roundabout Inn is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Ireland. Horrendous for service, cleanliness, location, menu, food quality, ambience, rooms, beds, curtains, TV channels.......... I could go on........ appalling!!

I took a liking to Mallow years ago because one of the pubs, the Olde Fiddle, was owned by a couple with the same family name as mine. This time I was in Ireland alone for a couple of weeks and decided to stay there again., So I booked a room here. While I was driving into Mallow, I looked...

Closer to Ring of kerry (which is where we were headed). Rooms were clean. Excellent staff. Comfortable beds. Ample parking space. Could not ask for more for a one night stay. Food was mediocre. It is near to the city, which is handy.
