We stayed with Colin and Pat 15 years ago, but didn't realized we were staying at the same place this year. But when Pat answer the door we knew we were in good hands. Nice rooms and food at a good location. We had a nice view of the third hole on the Portmarnock Links. But Pat and Colin make...

Pat is such a wonderful lady. The house was in immaculate condition, the rooms were cosy, shower hot and the breakfast perfect, Irish breakfast every morning (with other offers available) certainly sparked up the engines ;) Couldn't recommend it more..

My partner and I stayed at South Lodge as we were attending an event in Dublin city. Pat single handedly provided such a comfortable and friendly environment that ensured we wanted for nothing. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The surrounding area is stunning, we enjoyed a walk on the sandy beach and explored...

Pat & Collin are running a lovely house. We felt very welcome. Some rooms have a great view on the back. Breakfast was served in a nice room and was wonderful. Location is a short drive from the airport and from Dublin.

We stayed at Colin and Pat's place for 3 days in October and we wish we could have stayed for 3 weeks! They are lovely, extremely kind people who tended to our every need. Their place is a labor of love from the comfortable, clean rooms to our favorite part, the delicious Irish breakfast complete with beautiful Irish music playing...

This is a great B&B for any holiday but I'm on a 47 course tour of Ireland and Colin & Pat get golf. They had great recommendations for places to eat, the best golf, blister plasters and even the best place to buy more golf balls. Pat packed us lunches when we had early tee times and took care of...

I visited this guest house last summer, it was fantastic and the owners pat and Colin bent over backwards to help us (we had a baby with us). Beautiful views and wonderful breakfasts provided. It is best if you have a car for travelling.

This is by far the best B&B we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble for Pat and Colin. We were travelling with a young baby and they went out of their way to help. A car is handy but the buses/trains are doable too!
