My husband and I spent a week in June at this superb B&B in Boyle. The location is very convenient for N4 and N5 but in a lovely peaceful spot just on the outskirts of the town. Our room was spotless, a good size, very...More
Our room was generously sized with a Queen and 2 single beds in it - apparently it was the family room. It had a pleasant outlook. Brenda, her husband and Gerry were all very nice to deal with. Both our room and the breakfast room...More
Brenda McCormack was an incredible hostess. She is warm and personable and directed us to places to explore and enjoy. Breakfasts were delicious and always filling.
We would gladly stay at Rosdarrig B&B again.
Brenda has a great home and garden, very peaceful and quiet setting. Rooms were the biggest we stayed in during our two weeks traveling the west coast. Super clean, comfortable beds, and full Irish breakfast. Brenda's helpful and so friendly. Highly recommend this b&b.
We stayed here for a weekend break. Warm friendly welcome, well equipped room with comfy armchairs, hospitality tray and mini fridge. Breakfast cooked to order- nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a car when we visited here also. Although the owner encouraged us to walk into town, we were tired from all the walking that day so we used our car. It is walk-able into town about 1/2 mi to edge of town, about 1 mile to get to downtown. Looking at a map it seems to be ~ 1.5 miles to train station. How much do you like to walk with bags? Might want to inquire about a taxi from the owners, they are very helpful. Train from Dublin to Boyle (on the Silgo route).
