We arrived late in the evening and the owner of the hotel who worked at reception gave us a warm Irish welcome. Nothing was a problem for her to get our family room organized for our two children as it was a late reservation. The room was clean, beds comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom. TV had all...

Convenient location just outside Ballina town centre. Plenty of parking. Room lighting is very dim. Very few outlets available in room. Very handy to have fast WiFi available in lobby. Easy to find and is a quick drive into the town. Rates available with and without breakfast.

Everything else in the room was as expected and the bed was decent to sleep in. The first morning, a fire exit door outside the room kept opening and closing due...

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff had a welcome tea or coffee on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet at night, had a good 4 nights sleep. Plenty of hot water for bath or shower. Our bags taken to the room arriving and leaving. Meals were hot and tasty, a little too much sauce on plate but that's personnel taste....
