We stayed one night during a recent trip to Ireland. We had no advance reservations and took a chance on availability. Hannah was so warm and welcoming to us, making us tea and scones once we were settled in our room and even providing a delicious dinner when we expressed concern about driving some distance in the dark since no...

I have stayed here now on a number of occasions and the place is absolutely lovely. You are always greeted with a warm welcome and no request is ever to much. I would highly recommend staying here if you are anywhere near the place. The breakfast alone is worth the stay not to mention the great views.

My family party of 6 and many other guests booked in to Leim Siar for a family wedding 28th April 2017.Hannah made everyone welcome with tea and scones on arrival . Her bedrooms are very comfortable and a very tasty breakfast set us up for the wedding. We stayed in ballina the night of 28th but returned to Leim Siar...

Myself, my partner and are dog were all impressed with this hidden gem. Hanney is a wonderful host, the B&B is immaculate, great facilities and a hearty breakfast to prepare you for the hikes around the coast. If you are looking for comfort and great quality then look no further. Highly recommend this place!

Dealing with the people running this b and b was a humbling experience in how nice people can be, especially in Mayo. Giving just an hour and a half notice before not being able to get to Blacksod, the woman on the phone on being offered my credit card details, said "it's alright, you can get me a pint sometime"...

Fantastic welcome from Hannah. Wonderful breakfast, would definitely go back. Hannah invited us into her living room, to share with us a bottle of wine. Made us feel very much part of her family. Gave us good advice for the rest of our trip.

Leim Siar is an excellent location for exploring the beaches and general locality of the Belmullet Peninsula. The beaches are wonderful to walk on - check the tide-tables for the best time to walk on a deserted beach. Wind & waves on the beaches on western side of the peninsula but gentle breezes and ripples on eastern side. Our hostess,...

We stayed with Hannah for two nights in October. I'm almost at a loss for words to describe how wonderful it (and Hannah) was. This was a very special trip for me. My Irish ancestors left Belmulllet for America in the 1880s, and I was returning for my first Irish family reunion. Hannah insisted on driving us around and showing...

Leim Siar is an oasis at the very tip of Blacksod Bay surrounded on three sides by sea and sky. Hannah has created a little haven of peace and tranquillity where one can absorb the landscape and be assured of some lovely company and wonderfully creative vittles' on returning. She and her family, with the help of some lovely local...

This was the last stay of our holiday and the most memorable - for all the right reasons. A wonderful location on the wild atlantic coast in the remote and beautiful Blacksod peninsula. The B&B is run by Hannah and her team - welcoming, relaxed, friendly atmosphere in spacious, clean, light-filled accommodation - an outstanding breakfast of fresh fruit and...
