My wife and I enjoyed two spectacular nights at the Castlewood House on a recent trip to Ireland. Brian and Helen are delightful hosts offering exceptional accommodations, outstanding local information and the best breakfasts ever. We are already planning another trip back the the Emerald Island with a must stop stay at the Castlewood House.

We booked Dingle for new years celebrations and had heard pretty good things about Casltewood House and the reviews on TripAdvisor also led us to believe we had found the ideal location. We weren't disappointed and it actually went beyond what our expectations were. It was a really enjoyable stay from start to finish. When we checked in Brian was...

My husband and I stayed at Castlewood House in November. It's located a short walk from the downtown strip, right across from the bay. The house itself is quaint and cozy, lovingly furnished in Victorian decor. The food is wonderful - you absolutely must try the oatmeal! All that said, what sets this guesthouse apart is the owners who truly...

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights at this bed and breakfast and it was by far my best B&B experience. I have traveled various countries and states and stayed with various accommodations. I was met with great customer service, accommodations, scenery, proximity, breakfast, and experiences. From the personal attention by the owner to the attention to detail and...

A friend had recommended we stay here based on their trip to Dingle several years ago. I hadn't done much research on this hotel, but rather put my faith in their recommendation. We were impressed beyond words. This hotel is probably the best value of any property I've ever stayed in. The service is exceptional with a personal touch from...

Castlewood House was fantastic, I wish we stayed more than one night. The B&B was easy to find and the parking lot was large. You are directly across from the water and the change it tides here made the waterline fascinating to watch. Stepping into the place you immediately had a nice smelling, clean, welcoming and friendly experience. Brian was...

My husband and I loved our 2 night stay at Castlewood House. It is well located, right at the start of the Slea Head Drive, and only about a 10 minute walk from Dingle Town. The lounge is very cozy, and the breakfast was the best of our trip. Try the pancakes! Brian and Helen were very welcoming and have...

So yesterday in the United States was Thanksgiving, a day to acknowledge what we are thankful for during the past year. I am of course thankful for friends and family in the traditional sense, but this year I gladly add and acknowledge my gratitude for new friends. Real friends are not made by a quick passing; they are made over...

After 3 weeks in Ireland this was clearly our top experience. It's a beautiful, classy, tasteful, professionally run boutique hotel. The service is top rate, breakfasts 6 star, rooms lovely. We have travelled to most countries in the world and Castlewood is right up there for us. You can't help but be impressed. Thank your lucky stars if you manage...
